Returns Policy
Most items sold on Toots can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
How to start a return
- Open the order from your Orders page.
- Select the items you want to return and a reason.
- Print the prepaid label and drop the parcel at any carrier location.
Refund timing
Refunds land on your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
Non-returnable items
Perishables, personalized items, and digital goods are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
